Ever wonder what the "Black Book" was all about? Well
the Nevada Gaming Commission and the State Gaming
Control Board maintain a list of individuals who are in
fact banned from all Nevada casinos.
They also maintain a lost of the "Most Wanted"
individuals and these are people that the State of
Nevada is agressively attempting to catch and prosecute.
And lastly, they maintain a list of individuals who
have been denied or found unsuitable.
